BIG ****MERS Awful company, outside of waranty i advise you to run and take your losses. We had them over for our Samsung washer that broke after only 4 years. Since Samsung uses this company for some reason. It took over 1.5 week before we finally could speak to someone, within this time the washer completely gave up. I emailed about this with an employee of Letmerepair. After those emails i recieved a qoute for fixing. The technician showed up to only confirm what i communicated with them trough email. After this visit i recieved a new quote far exceeding the purchase amount of the washer. Since this was not interesting at all we did not go trough with fixing the machine. But we did recieve a bill for the first visit. This company is deliberately trying to real you in with little costs first to try and maximize the money they can earn on you as a customer. They do not listen to reason and since its really hard to contact them, as a customer you got nowhere to go. They make threats with big fines for not paying. BIG ****MERS!
