Blue oceans and letsatsi finance and loan

They double debit, refund it's another story after a week. Refuse with paid up letter. Their lawyers take me from pillar to post. Always in meetings and when I call they have an excuse for months. How come that I was supposed to get paid up letter in March then April I'm owing another balance. Please deal with them I'm tired
