Funeral policy lapsed

I had a funeral policy with Letsatsi finance Bloed mall Pretoria from 2017 till 2025 May when they decided to stop debating my monthly premiums through stop orders. I emailed them and they took me from Pilar to post.i then requested all my premiums from 2019 since they decided to lapse my funeral policy withouta reason. To date I call and email them but they can't help me.
