Crooks

It's been three months since I moved ,served notice in advance more than 30 days, three months later still haven't received my deposit back,taking me back and forth,1st they pretended that they didnt know I was moving out,2nd that they still need to do the inspection,3rdly to leave my details and they will call me back,currently ,they claim they didnt receive any notice,when I mentioned the email of notice,they said they received the key late ,why did I leave the key with the caretaker where i received the key from them which is a lie ,i received the keys from the caretaker when I viewed and moved in.
