Storyline flaws
We recently signed a contract for a property with Letting Unlimited. Everything was arranged and today a few days before our move, the agent let us know we can no longer rent the property because the owner did not approve it? 3 weeks into the notice period. We were offered a substandard place which is situated in a complex where the ethnic preferrences are were made clear - placing us at risk. Credit check were done and all was approved. If we had gone through the process and accepted the contract, signed and agreed. The owner is not of the intention to occupy the premises personally! This is clear evidence of breach of contract - leaving us stranded 3 days before the move.

Worse estate agents ever
The worst estate agents in the vaal ever. They go around claiming that I owe them and updated a negative report on my rental profile, whereas I paid full rent before moving out . They are extremely ****** and also claim that I didn’t pay any deposit. How does one move into a place without paying any deposit? Pathetic company

Worse estate agents ever
The worst estate agents in the vaal ever. They go around claiming that I owe them and updated a negative report on my rental profile, whereas I paid full rent before moving out . They are extremely ****** and also claim that I didn’t pay any deposit. How does one move into a place without paying any deposit? Pathetic company

Pathetic service. I have never encounterd an agency like this where the admin is just as arrogant and rude as the agent. There was renevations to the property prior to us moving in, i specifically raised the concer that this would not be done in time to which I received a response that they promise it will be done. Renevations not complete and house not cleaned. When confronted about this the agent said cleaning is not their job, to which i said but following up to ensure that everything is done befor we move in is. We then receid the response the agent is the only agent in the area and the agent did not have time to follow up if everything was done. We have a cupboard staning on bricks, a sink that is lose and a 4 plate gas stove with only 1 plate working. Stove is filthy as it was also not cleaned, the tiles and kitchen cupboards are filled with paint splatter, 3 wall plugs only 1 working. When reaching out to the agent they read the messages but does not respond. Admin responded to the mail saying all restoration has to go to them as they send out the contractor so I asked when they will be able to sent someone to look at the issues they again responded, this time say they dont deal with the contractors. Pathetic. I am still waiting for management to respond to the formal complaint I raised, let's be honest, nothing will come of it as the service is like no other.

Letting Unlimited- Disgusting rental agency
The most useless rental agency in the Vaal. They failed to manage my property at all resulting in legal proceedings against me but made sure to take their commission every month. I have made the biggest mistake by leaving my property in their incapable hands. The whole lot of them don't care at all and never take accountability for anything. Lol the agent of the property never even bothers to sort out any issue but leaves it to secretaries who have the same attitude and unprofessionalism as their bosses. Disgusting I don't know how these people run a business.

Bad service at cazumel 114 umdloti letting
We have made a booking via bookings.com, on the advertising the displayed a white bedding wen we arrived the house was smelly and dirty, the bedding was brown and Grey yet they advertised white bedding, wen we asked them to come n change our bedding they refused and gave us a bad attitude.

It's been three months since I moved ,served notice in advance more than 30 days, three months later still haven't received my deposit back,taking me back and forth,1st they pretended that they didnt know I was moving out,2nd that they still need to do the inspection,3rdly to leave my details and they will call me back,currently ,they claim they didnt receive any notice,when I mentioned the email of notice,they said they received the key late ,why did I leave the key with the caretaker where i received the key from them which is a lie ,i received the keys from the caretaker when I viewed and moved in.

Letting Louise from Hell
Please avoid doing business with Letting Unlimited in Vanderbijlpark and especially Louise Henn. I have such a hassle to get my deposit of R6000 from them. When I moved in I was not invited to the pre-inspection of the property. A few days later I received a form to fill in to indicate any damages to the property. I indicated that the blinds are all problematic. When I moved out Louise once again did not invite me to the move out inspection. When I decided to join them she accused me of stealing a chair. I told her it was in the bedroom. Later the week I was charged for professional cleaning services, cupboards with no *****s and blinds that I broke. I NEVER SIGNED FOR ANY OF THESE DAMAGES. AVOID THIS COMPANY PLEASE WHEN YOU LOOKING FOR LETTING AGENTS IN VAAL.
