Please avoid doing business with Platinum Properties/ Letting Unlimited in Vanderbijlpark and especially Louise Henn. I have such a hassle to get my deposit of R6000 from them. When I moved in I was not invited to the pre-inspection of the property. A few days later I received a form to fill in to indicate any damages to the property. I indicated that the blinds are all problematic. When I moved out Louise once again did not invite me to the move out inspection. When I decided to join them she accused me of stealing a chair. I told her it was in the bedroom. Later the week I was charged for professional cleaning services, cupboards with no *****s and blinds that I broke. I NEVER SIGNED FOR ANY OF THESE DAMAGES. AVOID THIS COMPANY PLEASE WHEN YOU LOOKING FOR LETTING AGENTS IN VAAL.

I called the dstv call centre to temporarily disconnect my service because we were moving. A month after I called and was told they cannot connect my service because I cancelled price lock. My price lock ended October 2018. I cannot get a new package and was told to buy a new explora for a new account. I ****ING fed up with hours and hours of holding on to damn incompetent ****s.
<p>On the 24th I submitted a death claim (AL ********** ********** 1) to Assupol and got a message on the 25th that they will revert back to me within 48hours. Thing is I took out a policy for several family members on 05 July 2016. When I called the call centre I was told my inception date is 01 September 2016. Now that doesnt bother me because I have a policy schedule that confirms its beyond the 6months waiting period. When I had no response on 27 March 2017 I contacted the call centre only to be told my claim is under investigation. It is apparently standard procedure and will take 21 days to resolve. That is a load of ****. I was with a family member on the 23rd when she submitted her claim and was paid on the 24th. I am so disappointed in Assupol and will never recommend you to any of my friends and family again that you can know for sure. </p>
