The drivers for Speedaf Mpumalanga are tge rudest, most *********** delivery personnel Ive ever encountered. Puseletso Chiloane complained to do her basic job, we just informed her that she needs to collect a access paper from reception, she complained non-stop, she kept intrusively calling even though I told her Im in a meeting and since sbe hasn't even arrived yet she should give me a few minutes. She then came out and made an entire scene at my workplace, she then shouted at me that shes angry and she was complaining that she has too many deliveries to do she can't be waiting for me, even though she didn't wait at all. I informed her I would lay a complaint because her behaviour at my workplace is unacceptable, she said I can try, there's nothing I can do to her. This is after I had a bad experience a few days prior with another driver who complained that they don't want to come to my company to deliver because they have too many deliveries, they expected me to drive out. This is a horrible courier company with the worst drivers one would find
I wish there were negative stars, this place is so so bad. The owner (african lady) gets all her friends and family to give stellar reviews so the reviews are extremely misleading. You pay exorbitant amounts that are absolutely not worth it. The rooms are dirty (there are only two cleaners for the entire lodge), the doors do not close, missing shower door, microwave didnt work... Theres absolutely nothing to do at the lodge, it is so mind-numbingly boring. The "activities" they advertise are not available except for the quad bikes BUT its not guided... You take them out yourself and good luck to you if you get injured because they will not help. Dinner service is pathetic, more than an hour just to serve starters then another 1.5 hours waiting for the mains that ended up being wrong compared to what we ordered. The place is also not kid-friendly at all. The "game drive" is embarrassing, there's no animals you see that you cant see at a farm somewhere and they initially say it's part of your booking but when you check out they demand a separate payment for it. The pool is also disgusting with the floor full of algae sp you cant even do that. We were forced to leave the lodge earlier than what we paid because the conditions were unbearable. The lodge manager, Sharon promised us a refund but once we were out of her sight she ignored us completely until we commented on social media. She then blocked us on social media so we can't warn others about this place, told us they now suddenly have a no-refund policy and that they are "offering" us to come back BUT we must pay extra again. She then insulted us and has still not refunded us and she refuses. This place is such a ****. Since Sharon blocked me Im unable to warn the public on social media so I hope this post reaches people to know the truth about this place
Favourite assessment company for insurances because they are trained to say whatever you are claiming for is not covered by the insurance. There is literally nothing that they approve the insurance to fix, its always the clients responsibility. The "assessors" come with terrible attitudes and its just a waste of time because they'll write a false report that theres no valid claim.
The most useless rental agency in the Vaal. They failed to manage my property at all resulting in legal proceedings against me but made sure to take their commission every month. I have made the biggest mistake by leaving my property in their incapable hands. The whole lot of them don't care at all and never take accountability for anything. Lol the agent of the property never even bothers to sort out any issue but leaves it to secretaries who have the same attitude and unprofessionalism as their bosses. Disgusting I don't know how these people run a business.
Nedbank Middelburg Mall- extremely rude and *********** staff. They are "offline" EVERY SINGLE DAY and the ladies in front give us the wrong information every single time and are EXTREMELY rude. They want you to give them all your sensitive information and refuse to let you speak to the consultants. I am changing banks I cannot experience this every single time and they are delaying very important payments that I need to do
Waited over 2 hours for our order, their number provided on Google is incorrect so we couldn't enquire. We had to go fetch the order ourselves because the restaurant was closing even though we paid for delivery and a large driver tip, only to be given the wrong order anyway. Terribly disappointing service

I've been using takealot for years and can't believe an issue is being handled in such a disgusting manner. I handed in two separate returns to the driver, he failed to mark one as collected, as such the return was attempted to be collected every day where i explained every day that the item was already collected. I contacted takealot several times, the agents clearly did not know how to handle any issues and just concluded my return without refunding me or anything to get rid of the problem. No item and no refund. Im extremely disgusted and disappointed
