Owner of dry cleaners refusing to sort out my suit she damaged

I took my new suit to levingers The Marc, Sandton and they damaged my suit The owner is refusing to sort out my suit. She asked for the details of the person who made the suit and gave it to her and now she is avoiding me . The suit is been with them since Dec 2025 I asked for her email address and she provided below headoffice@levingers.co.za
