I have placed my order with Levi’s SA on the 22nd of December, no communication whatsoever, i am getting the run around regarding the ETA. Tried calling in, they keep hanging up. I send emails, i get the same response that they have escalated. I called their courier service, i was told they have not received the order. Their service is rather disappointing and disgusting. I have advised them that i need a refund and that they must cancel this order, still have had no luck!
