I submitted a return request on 09/12/2025. Received an email indicating that my refund was complete on the 15/12/2025 and the refund would take 5 business days. Followed up on the 22/12/2025, only to be asked if I submitted banking details which were never requested and was informed that the refund will take up to 10 working days as the finance staff was closed. Followed up again on the 29/12/2025, the Thabisile gentleman told me to call after 10 mins as the person dealing with refunds is out.

On the 15th of June 2025 it was my birthday and decided to go spoil myself with nice expensive Lacoste jersey(white with blue and maroon colours) that cost me R5199.99, (five thousand one hundred and ninety nine rands). I bought the item cash, hoping to be a quality and something that I will wear with pride and confidence. I worn the jersey same day of my birthday and only that day and the jersey had to be washed because it was later duty. A week later, I hand washed the jersey with a power soup I normally use when I do my laundry. I never used the washing machine to wash nor dry it. To my shock, as the jersey started to dry, the blue colour on the jersey started to run and dye on the white part of the jersey. I was so disappointed to have this kind of damage on such an expensive Lacoste jersey. After it has totally dried, I took the jersey back to Levisons store in Vaal Mall where I purchased it. When I got to the store was told to wait for the store manager which he later came and I explained to him what had happened to the jersey. He then told me he has to escalate the matter to the regional manager Tumo Mayo, hope I got the name correct, as he can’t make the decision by himself. Store manager eventually called Mr Tumo and explained my matter to him. I also tried to speak to him and explained my story but Mr Tumo was not willing to allow the exchange on the item and his reason being I should have not washed the jersey myself and rather taken it for Dry Cleaning. I am very disappointed and hurt by the stores customer service. The salesman could have at least explained to me how I should wash and care for the jersey when bought it. But non was explained on how to handle the it. I left the jeysey in the store with the store manager as I could not wear it as damaged as it was. My heart bleeds for that R5199 that I lost just like that in space of a week. The quality and the material used for that specific jersey in totally poor and would not advice anyone to ever buy that specific Lacoste jersey I bought. All I’m asking is Hellopeter to intervene on this matter, either to get my jersey replaced with something else or get my money refunded.

They sell **** lacoste at there yet they claim they are certified resellers of the brand. I would not advice anyone to ever buy from this store ever again.i wish i could report them to lacoste straight. I'm so ****ed

Two days ago as I was shopping for few items online, I saw a very good deal at levisons which got me to make a purchase, there we other interesting on other sites but this one was worth it, earlier today I recieved a call, and the guy was telling me that the items I bought were out of stock, which got me very upset, how could you sell things that you don't have, obviously by selling online, your systems should be able to update on time, here I use my last money missing out on other deals I could have went for, I made it clear to the guy that I was not impressed, as I feel like in this situation someone was prioritized over, maybe a better client I guess, my first online purchase with them has become something I never want to experience again, I even asked the guy to send me an email, which has not happened, which makes me not to be so sure about the status of my order as I am writing this review 😢

Levisons. I never experienced a good service from them, actually worst customer service. So I purchases a lacoste sneaker, it got delivered on the 28th of Jan 2024, and I filed a return for the shoe and claimed my refund back due to the shoe being faulty, the shoes became loose on the width and it's not comfortable after wearing it twice. I filed the complaint on the 8 of Feb if not mistaken, today its the 25th of Feb and still no communication whatsoever, the shoe is with them since the driver came and collected the shoe. The agent that called me was disrespectful and couldn't explain their return policy in fact it seems like they don't have a return policy. Because the agent said I should have returned the product immediately when I received which I understand that sometimes you can easily recognize a fault on the product before you even wear it but sometimes it's not possible until you wear the item or wash it etc. That's when you will notice the fault on product.. so guys in a nutshell, Levisons doesn't want with my refund, they don't have return/ refund policy because they say I should have noticed the fault immediately and returned it which is bull****. I haven't had feedback since I spoke with agent on the 14th of Feb till today, poor customer service.. Guys please buy, sneakers from the respective brand / store of that shoe to avoid buying faulty or poor quality products from third party retailers.
