this is my third purchase from the Levison store and they said they sell authentic Hugo Boss garments from Germany I firstly had a issue with their T-shirt that we purchased and the stitching was coming out from the front I secondly had an issue with the formal shirt that I purchased and from the word Boss at the front of the S fell out and my third issue is a Hugo Boss jeans that I purchased in November last year The back pocket started tearing out mind you I paid R5000 South African Rands for this jeans I went back to the store and they told me that only has a six month warranty I did not know such an expensive garment has only a six month warranty And the store so they can do nothing to assist me I am utterly disappointed with the quality of Hugo Boss comments I mean if I knew that the Hugo Boss jeans was not gonna be as strong I would’ve bought another another brand a cheaper brand like Levis at last is lasting me for years and not even a tear I would like to know if Levison South Africa actually purchases the garments from you in Germany do they purchase the authentic garments or do they purchase the factory rejects and sell a store because I feel they are selling factory rejects and not your proper garments or this quality of Hugo Boss has severely severely severely deteriorated the price is increasing significantly for their garments but the quality is decreasing significantly as well Your responses and assistance will be greatly appreciated
I have 4 months left on my contract and I want to cancel my contract as my vehicle was sold last year and I’m still honouring my contract and paying it monthly I need to pay R1800 which is double what my 4months of premiums would be. Why can’t I just be charged a remaining of my contract Why the extra money?

Matrix vehicle tracking is an ********* company. They have double debited my account and they refuse to refund my money. And now that we in December they have debited my account early without notification. I had not enough funds in my account as I don’t get paid early but at the end of the month as normal. What is the reason to debit us early?
Matrix vehicle tracking double debited me and they blatantly refuse to refund me for incorrectly debiting me. I have spoken to consultants numerous times and nobody gets back to me to assist me in getting my refund.
I have contacted Netstar contact centre regarding Netstars options for real time fuel monitoring. I spoke to a consultant that had no information on the product. I needed information urgently as I require the system for a truck to be installed. This consultant was confused and has no knowledge on the product. She couldn’t advise on pricing or even if you can track the fuel on your application I contacted them twice and even made mention that I am a client that is part of MIway insurance who Netstar is affiliated to. Netstar this is dissapointing, as we thought that you’rl are a professional company and your staff need to be properly trained
I am a gym member of Planet Fitness Signature at The Marc in Sandton Johannesburg. I believe that this gym is running a **** against its gym members by ensuring that the debit you on the wrong day so you will have to pay for your fees manually at the gym and pay extra because the debit did not go off successfully. I thought I was the only person, yet today I witnessed that other members also weren’t debited on the correct day and had to pay extra at the gym to keep the account up to date. This is daylight *******!!! Even one of the staff members at the front desk said they noticed a lot of people are having this issue at the gym. What is going on planet fitness??????!! This gym is located in the richest square mile in Africa yet there is no water in the building to shower or use the steam room. The gym needs to have a contingency plan in place ensuring that all facilities are available to members at all times!
I have a MTN Superflex plan. My debit date is the 30th of every month. MTN debits me way before my debit date when there isn’t sufficient funds in my account leaving my account with Return debits for the past two months yet MTN is debiting my account on the wrong days! MTN you need to get your act together and contact me
I have a life insurance policy for myself, my mum and my wife that gets debited as one premium. My 1st of August premium was significantly higher than my normal premium. I have a broker and even enquired with OM itself and there’s no answer as to why I was debited extra. My broker says he is unable to find out as he wasn’t the broker that we took the policies with. OM I’m appalled by this. How many other people are being debited incorrectly without warning or notice. OM is unjustifiably enriching itself
Planet Fitness Signature The Marc - toilets are disgusting - toilets are not cleaned regularly in the day. It’s a gym - place can’t be maintained - the toilets being dirty all the time has been an ongoing matter and I have complained numerous times to managers and staff on site - if gym opens at 7 have staff clean the steam room and those facilities before people Enter the gym. I have to wait for a good amount of time whilst it was being cleaned and there was others waiting aswell This is a signature planet fitness and the condition is terrible
