What began as a disappointing service experience was completely transformed—thanks to the personal involvement of their Service Director, Mr. Jayson Jeong. The turnaround was nothing short of impressive and delivered a true wow moment.

In fact, the experience was so positive that I went on to purchase three more LG products (I know… couldn’t resist 😄🤪).
