Their service is so bad I specifically created a Hello Peter account just to write this review.
We are a company based in East London (EC) and we've ordered parts from them on a few occasions:
The first time they sent the wrong part but I brushed it off thinking they must have miss understood so I just took the 2k loss.
The second time they sent us a faulty part and refused to return it so I took the R800 loss understanding that they obviously cant trust that I'm not trying to send them the old part to try con them.
The third time they once again sent the wrong part so I asked them to trade it for the correct part ...they told me I was confusing and that it's my fault...I literally sent pictures and a full description, name and part number ....how much more clear can I be I asked for a defrost thermostat they sent a freaking freezer thermostat....how do you mess that up?
They're thieves and they treat customers like scum. I'm going to report this to both LG and Samsung to remove their accreditation because it's nothing bad bad reviews where ever you look with this degenerate company
