If I could've, I would've not even selected a 1 star rating... 1. Reception lady (REP: Siphokazi) unbelievably rude and unwelcoming. 2. No procedures are explained. 3. Promises of speedy service is a complete lie. 4. No formal report printout of faults on the unit. 5. Updates for a week and then NOTHING. 6. You do not get a formal quote on repairs needed. This is the second time we have taken an appliance to them. We read reviews on them prior to taking in our appliance, not all that positive, we mentioned to them that we've read the reviews and hoped that we can write a good one. Needless to say - it took several calls and an argument to eventually get the unit repaired. Unit was EVENTUALLY ready for collection. We then had a discussion with a gentleman about one of our TV's and he promised us that the TAT would be very fast - we received feedback via WhatsApp about what was wrong and when we asked about parts, costs and ETC the communication stopped, the last time we heard from them was on the 10th of April 2025 - we took the TV in on the 2nd of April 2025. They are actually recommended by LG and Samsung - Shocking, to say the least!! We'll be sure to inform them as well of the terrible service and suggest they seek a different electronic repair hub for their products. We would rather just want our TV back and have it repaired elsewhere - not even a refund - because if it is this difficult to get feedback on a repair I don't even want to imagine how difficult it would be to get R400 back for them for doing NOTHING.

I took my LG dishwasher in for repairs... I was told that the pump needs to be replaced.... I fully paid R1100+ and it was delivered today with exactly the same error code.... I wonder whether the pump was replaced or whether we were duped by LG.... I am seriously consider not purchasing LG appliances because of the service of the PE agent.

Bought a spare part from MMR on 23rd August and returned it on 24th as it was the incorrect part. After being charged a "service fee" of 25%, I was told the refund would be processed by "management". I reported my washing machine a couple of weeks ago that the drum is nocking and is "walking". The technician came to my house and was saying that it is not level and therefore the problem. I reported that the problem is persisting after he left. Then the item was collected and saying they replaced the shock absorbers. Then I tested the machine on 4 June after I received it back but was in the same state. Then I reported the machine again but no response thereafter. I also had communication with LG Head Office who was so friendly but do not deliver. They also was saying don't worry we will follow up with MMR Electronics and I don't have to worry. The machine is still under warranty and is really problem to get someone to fix the machine. Can someone please help to replace or fix this machine???? Adri 082 303 4326

Their service is so bad I specifically created a Hello Peter account just to write this review. We are a company based in East London (EC) and we've ordered parts from them on a few occasions: The first time they sent the wrong part but I brushed it off thinking they must have miss understood so I just took the 2k loss. The second time they sent us a faulty part and refused to return it so I took the R800 loss understanding that they obviously cant trust that I'm not trying to send them the old part to try con them. The third time they once again sent the wrong part so I asked them to trade it for the correct part ...they told me I was confusing and that it's my fault...I literally sent pictures and a full description, name and part number ....how much more clear can I be I asked for a defrost thermostat they sent a freaking freezer thermostat....how do you mess that up? They're thieves and they treat customers like scum. I'm going to report this to both LG and Samsung to remove their accreditation because it's nothing bad bad reviews where ever you look with this degenerate company

My new microwave went in for repair under guarantee has been there how many times for the same problem went in November 2021 only received it back last week in worse shape than when it went in the timer resets randomly as this is a factory fault they are not able to fix it. Now it is not working at all the glass plate is not turning inside and full of scratches and not heatting any more now i wonder how many of the parts inside belongs to me

I write good reviews for good service, bad reviews for poor service. But this is something else. No business can be this dysfunctional without something really bad going on. My mom sent her washing machine in for repairs. Was supposed to take 2 - 3 weeks. Some weeks later, she asked me to check on progress. They said it would take another week. Then another. Then I arranged delivery. AFTER the agreed date/time they called to say another problem had been picked up, so they would need another week and it would cost about 30% more than quoted price to resolve. For about four weeks since then, I have been calling and emailing. I've been given all sorts of excuses and promises. This week was told it would be delivered Thursday or Friday. Not only has it not been, there has been no communication. Starting to suspect this company "plays" customers. They take people's equipment then string them along beyond point of exhaustion. Seriously. Don't use them.
