Seriously. Just don't use these guys.

I write good reviews for good service, bad reviews for poor service. But this is something else. No business can be this dysfunctional without something really bad going on.

My mom sent her washing machine in for repairs. Was supposed to take 2 - 3 weeks. Some weeks later, she asked me to check on progress. They said it would take another week. Then another. Then I arranged delivery. AFTER the agreed date/time they called to say another problem had been picked up, so they would need another week and it would cost about 30% more than quoted price to resolve.

For about four weeks since then, I have been calling and emailing. I've been given all sorts of excuses and promises. This week was told it would be delivered Thursday or Friday. Not only has it not been, there has been no communication.

Starting to suspect this company "plays" customers. They take people's equipment then string them along beyond point of exhaustion.

Seriously. Don't use them.
