Bad service

I reported my washing machine a couple of weeks ago that the drum is nocking and is "walking". The technician came to my house and was saying that it is not level and therefore the problem. I reported that the problem is persisting after he left. Then the item was collected and saying they replaced the shock absorbers. Then I tested the machine on 4 June after I received it back but was in the same state. Then I reported the machine again but no response thereafter. I also had communication with LG Head Office who was so friendly but do not deliver. They also was saying don't worry we will follow up with MMR Electronics and I don't have to worry. The machine is still under warranty and is really problem to get someone to fix the machine. Can someone please help to replace or fix this machine???? Adri 082 303 4326
