I used Uber last year 2025 but today an amount of R50 was deducted from my account. Why??????? So, you can just money from my account without me even booking a ride. Sometimes life happens and you cannot pay your debit order and stay connected. I phoned Vodacom today and requested for a promise to pay date because my debit order did not go through. Well, no help here. It is impossible to have this arranged. Just being told by the agent that this is how it works. A promise to pay will not keep the lines connected. I have ordered a queen size mattress protector from Takealot and received the item. The item on the outside of the package read queen size which was correct. Then I opened the parcel thinking I will find the correct item inside. I saw the label on the item was for a double bed which was not what I ordered. I have send several emails which is stating that the return requested was declined because I opened the package which is fair in some cases. I have send also a couple of emails stating that it is now my fault that Takealot put the wrong item in the package or labeled the package incorrectly. How can you decline my return and also don't refund my money if this is not a mistake from my side. How do you know that the correct item is in the parcel if you don't open it? I started a whatsup conversation with LG which was very friendly and helpful in the beginning and provide all information of the Front loader washing machine that is still under warranty. It is really frustrating as I don't receive feedback or any calls to help as I reported the machine, after it was send to MMR Electronics for repairs I came back faulty again. Can someone please help to attend to this matter urgently or LG replace this broken machine??? I reported my washing machine a couple of weeks ago that the drum is nocking and is "walking". The technician came to my house and was saying that it is not level and therefore the problem. I reported that the problem is persisting after he left. Then the item was collected and saying they replaced the shock absorbers. Then I tested the machine on 4 June after I received it back but was in the same state. Then I reported the machine again but no response thereafter. I also had communication with LG Head Office who was so friendly but do not deliver. They also was saying don't worry we will follow up with MMR Electronics and I don't have to worry. The machine is still under warranty and is really problem to get someone to fix the machine. You Simply think this is a laughing matter when you call. Person laughing at you... I just got a call (phone went dead), an SMS and an email from Simply to state that your debit order failed. I have tried to call back but your system (when selecting option 1) is so unclear that it is impossible to hear what the person is saying. Please note that my premiums are up to date. The debit orders are set to be taken on the 25th of each month but it is now 2nd month in a row that you try to take an early debit order. I have discussed this with you last month. <p>I lodged an enquiry on 1 February as I normally receive R110 flexi airtime and 500 megs of data but never received data. I then got an sms saying the case is closed with no reason. Then followed up and it was said it was at wrong department and escalated to the data department. After receiving another sms with ratings "0" someone phoned me last week wednesday and said will phone me back after 9 when data department opened. That also did not happened followed up again and then the enquiry was not diverted to an agent yet to attend to my quiry. I also send an email to complaints department a week ago and two days ago to customer care with no feedback. How many times must I call for feedback and now paying for service that I never got. If my contract has ended in 12 months instead of 24 months then let me know to cancel total contract. I have been with Vodacom 6 years and this kind of service you get. Will you please let me know what is going on. I rather go to another service provider. Really fedup and have no answers in two weeks!!!!!!??????? No data </p>
