Good day I bought a 13kg lg washing machine at Macro Port Elizabeth on 20.02.2023. They delivered on 23.02. 2023. Machine has a lid which can be left half open during a washing cycle. However when i try this feature it keeps on showing de (door error). Reported this the Saterday 25.02.2023 to Macro. They logged a service call. Up to today no call from MMR their accredited service centre. Asked them to send another agent other than MMR as i had a bad experience previously dealing with them. However they informed me thats the only agent they have available in Port Elizabeth. How can that be? So i prefer a refund as im not going to deal with MMR because of non existant after sale service. I cant take that risk of having a machine with warranty for 5 years and nobody to fix it when a problem arise. If there was another service agent i would be glad to work with them but the fact that there is no communication from MMR what so ever shows me that there will be no after sale service when a problem arises. It is because of that i need a refund.
