Good day Pol. 18804720/LSDT/1 I have a greenlight life policy plus impairment for my son. Every month R310 went off August only R222 went off meaning the imoairement part didnt go off. On 1sept 2025 i received an email informing me about the impairment part which was not deducted. I emailed old mutual customer service several times enquiring why this happened. On 15 August after 2whole weeks they said it was refered to greenlight department and that they will email me within 7-10 days which never happened. I just want to know is greenlight not part of old mutual or what because i need this to be resolved asap.
On 11 July My husband bought a sterling silver ring from bash online. An hour after purchasing item he was notified that it was cancelled due to no stock. Bash informed him via email that they are processing an e gift voucher. Up untill today he has not received anything! We went to sterns as well as american swiss to to enquire regarding the gift voucher. In store Bash was phoned 4 times and we were informed each time we should wait 5minutes to receive the e gift voucher via sms on his phone. Nothing! We waited over 2hours in store as he wanted to use it to purchase a watch for me for my birthday. However still no refund voucher. We are truly disgusted and dissappointed in the level of service we received from Bash. So pls people do kot buy from Bash rather buy your items directly in store!
In May there was a double deduction fot legawise and eversince its a struggle to get a refund!!! After many calls on 3 july they explained that the system allocated the R380 they owe me for July and they will only deduct R27 end of July. Now today 15/7/2025 the bank send a debicheck for R407 meaning once again they will deduct R407 and not only R27! No man legalwise please do better by explaining to me what is happening?
Good day Pol 1040506 After numerous problems with the service i got i decided to cancel my legalwise policy on 13/5/2025. I got cinfirmation it will be cancelled and was still active until 1/6/2025. On 15/5/2025 i informed legalwise that i do not want to cancel anymore and they confirmed. Said there will be no penalties. When i queried the afternoon they informed me when a policy is reinstated there will be a waiting period. Now i do not understand as the policy is the still active till 1 June. Im so dissappointed in legalwise. Wish someone can investigate and explain!
If i could give a zero i would have. Been a member for many many years and i must say as a platinum member im extremely disgusted and dissappointed in the way im being treated regarding my current matter with my neighbour. In fact i feel like cancelling because they taking my hard earned money every month but i must beg for assistance. From november i m struggling to be refered to a lawyer as i do not get any results from their consultants. Now they say before they can refer me to a lawyer i need to get a engineer s report regarding the wall neighbours build. Why dont they know the municipal by laws????? What happened to their slogan dont talk to me talk to my lawyer???
Contract started 5/11/2021 ended 5/11/2024. Started phoning in to costumer since 3/10/2024. Promised everytime to send cancellation confirmation. No luck. 6 dec got confirmation of cancellation 31/12/2024. Do you expect me to pay those high normal data bill? Remember its not our fault your consultants didnt do their work we didnt ask for the cotract to continue 2 months after it expired on 5/11/2024. You said u will investigate heads will roll . Vodacom we stil awaiting on answers. Can you please tell us why we sitting with a high bill of ove r R2700 after we did everything in our power to cancel? No come on rectify this asap.
We are very disgusted and disappointed in vodacom. My husband took out a 3 year datasim contract : started 5/11/2021 ended 5/11/2024. Since 3 October its been a struggle to cancel this contract. We phoned several times to cancel and everytime the consultants promise us they will email the confirmation of cancellation. No luck. Also for the pass 3 years we never got any statements from vodacom. On 2 Dec 2024 we saw vodacom debitted over R1200 from my hubbys bankacc. Also outstanding amount for December is over R1400. Because hubby works shifts and the contract is in his name we phoned on 6 December to enquire about this debit only to find that our contract was never cancelled. This after phoning several times from 3 October to 5December to cancel. I can even send them my call register with the dates and times. A Mdisimo send cancellation confirmation only on 6 Dec and promised to investigate and get back to us within 36 hours. We still waiting for phone call or email no luck! We emailed VB cancellations; complaints; customer services no response nothing! Vodacom tell me why is it so difficult to cancel why did your consultants deny us to cancel a contract which reached its end? Is it delaying tactics to deduct more money from us of are they too *********** to confirm a cancellation which has legally reached its end? We need our money back? Please pay our money back! Cancelling a contract at vodacom is a nightmare! Data sim plus router: contract started 5/11/2021 ended 5/11/2024. Since 3 October 2024 till 6 December I struggled and was denied cancelling my contract which reach it end date by consultants who make use of delaying tactics and incompetence . Everytime i was promised they will send me confirmation of cancellation. However empty promises. Also for the pass 3 years i never got any statements. On 2 December my debit jumped from R291 to R1284 and an outstanding amount due for this month is Over R1400. When i phoned again on 6 December i was told contract was never cancelled. This after i phoned several times to cancel. I phoned several times for explanation they say they going to investigate but no one gets back to me. Im even willing to send evidence of my call register with dates and times. And to make things worse the e mail adresses i get to complain dont give confirmation of receipt of emails and no feedbacks. This is unacceptable and i want my money back as it is not my fault that consultants are not doing their work. Why is it so difficult to cancel vodacom ? Why dont you have a cancellation email adress? Please i want my money back!
On 11 June 2023 i bought chicken cream pepper pocket to prepair for my sons birthday on 14 June 2023. Well today 14th his birthday i took it out to make in my airfryer with chips. However the whole kitchen had a terrible smell only to realise it was the peper chicken pockets. I checked the sell by date which was 23 March 2023. I took it out immediately and had to go buy take aways for his birthday. Pnp penfords nr is also only ringing so its non existent. Selling food which is expired is not exceptable. Also when i bought my goods there were only 2 cashiers helping and there were long queues. I really am not impress with pnp after the new renovations.
On the 13 june 2023 i recieved an promotional email from nissan eastern cape regarding their winter chill sale in which they advertise a nissan almera 2021 for R149990. Today i visited the dealership and they more than happy to show me the vehicle but when i told them about the winter chill sale and the price of R149990 they at first denied any such email ever went out and later told me it was priced incorrectly and that the vehicle is now R194990. So they are now refusing to honor the promotional sale price of R149990 iam truely very disgusted with thier false advertising and refusal to honor the advertied price as per promotional winter sale email.
