approached Lionhearted Bladeworks Lh Bladeworks to create a ongoing order of knives for the export & local market. manages by a father & son team, I found their work to be above par introspect to steel & craftsmanship. unfortunately they were non responsive & after numerous messages & calls to discuss my needs I was met with a level of customer management experience which was below par in respect to cooperation & general politeness. although my requirements demanded a high standard I was treated as a nuisance. I don't mind being told "sorry no we cant assist but thankyou" but I do mind being ignored.Their knives may be world class but their mentality is far from acceptable.
