I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with LHCS Cleaning Services and to request a refund of my R500 deposit. In April 2025, I requested cleaning services as I was preparing to relocate and paid a R500 deposit as required. On the scheduled day, the assigned person did not answer my calls or provide any communication. Later that evening, I received a message stating, "my people came and waited for your call so I had to send them back." This was surprising as I had not received any calls from her, and the last time she contacted me was when I informed her of a date change. Since April 2025, I have been attempting to get my deposit refunded. I have sent WhatsApp texts and made numerous calls, but my messages are ignored, and my calls go unanswered. Despite my polite and patient attempts to reach her, she continues to post online while ignoring my requests. I informed her last night that I believe I am being taken advantage of, as I have waited patiently for an extended period. While R500 may seem like a small amount to some, it is a significant amount to me. I kindly request that my R500 deposit be refunded immediately. I also intend to alert others about my experience with her operational methods.

Wow, I really should have done better research on this company. Mandisa asserted that booking dates are flexible, however even after giving at least 1 weeks notice of booking dates, I had various reschedules within the first month. I paid the deposit for the second month but cannot get a hold of her. She has clearly run off with my money. Do not be ****med by this company!

My initial experience with the CEO Mandisa was very positive and i really thought that my house cleaning troubles were at a end. I paid her in full for the first month and they arrived on time for the first cleaning. It was supposed to be a deep clean but i was not impressed. they did not even dust on top of the fridges and cupboards and damaged my blinds. For the second cleaning they did not pitch and after a lame excuse she promised to be here today. That did not happen and now she is not answering her phone or whatssup. She is a ****mer of note please do not make use of this company.

At first, I was very impressed with both their service and their rates. They did a very good job cleaning my home. However, I was to discover afterwards that their honesty leaves much to be desired. The owner owes me R2200 and is refusing to answer her phone, reply to messages or take any steps to pay it back.
