Arrogant and rude

Had these guys around and the technician went a bit crazy on me. Wouldn't recommend them at all. In the process of simply asking them questions around why the gate might continues to get stuck despite many companies coming out the guy freaked out took his battery out the system and stormed off! Very bizarre experience.
