ARROGANT LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

A warning to only contact this company if you don't mind dealing with arrogance and zero customer service skills. We were told by the arrogant ***** yesterday on WhatsApp number 072 8433 116 (believe Andrew) that, "if not happy with his exciting service, he would pay us back for call out fee from his own money". He then changed his mind today and said" he would pay us back call out fee if we allowed him to return our beeping motor back to how he found it". It is not the workmanship we were complaining about, it was the condescending, arrogant way he spoke to us. He was also abrupt and rude to his assisting staff in front of his so called customer. They block customers on WhatsApp who complain about their negative tone.
