Bad service

I have been under debt review with liberated debt solutions for 4months.African bank is one of the company that they need to pay on my behalf. To my surprise African Bank called to say this month they didn't receive my payment. And they only received my payment only for 1 month. Yet they debit from my account monthly. Tried calling them no answer
