Unprofessional and bad service
I have been under review with liberated debt solutions. For about 4 months now. Last week I got a call from. African Bank saying I oy paid for one month yet they are debiting my account. I tried calling them, sending emails they don't respond. What kind of customer service they are offering?

Bad service
I have been under debt review with liberated debt solutions for 4months.African bank is one of the company that they need to pay on my behalf. To my surprise African Bank called to say this month they didn't receive my payment. And they only received my payment only for 1 month. Yet they debit from my account monthly. Tried calling them no answer

Bad service

Unauthorized double debit order
I registered with them. I'm. Paying R3221 monthly. February I couldn't pay however o told them to debit R6332. This month on the 15th of April they debited R3221 then R6332. All my salary. When I make follow up I was told the person who contacted me with R6332 arram9made a mistake. So now I have to wait for them to reverse the money. Yet my kids are starving because of someone who didn't do their job properly. I must accept the apology. And my kids can't eat I can't pay debt

NEVER WORK WITH THEM!!
I've worked with them and I regret it. They are so professional at first until you work with them. Some were pathetically rude they don't communicate with you and there's no difference working with them or not it's the same thing so don't be scared to cut the call when you hear the company name you'd be saving your life

NEVER WORK WITH THEM!!
I've worked with them and I regret it. They are so professional at first until you work with them. Some were pathetically rude they don't communicate with you and there's no difference working with them or not it's the same thing so don't be scared to cut the call when you hear the company name you'd be saving your life

Won't recommend doing business with this company. Just gives you Grey hair and lots of frustration.
I've cancelled their services a while back as I would have paid them more than to just pay directly. But is still waiting for documentations for months now. Asked on the WhatsApp chat line and they just don't respond. I would not recommend doing business with the company.

Liberated Debt Solutions are a huge ****
I receive call, this person knows my name and continues to say they see my interest rate is over 60%, first red flag. I am asked to confirm my ID in order for my profile to be opened. Second red flag. I asked where my details were gethered from and I asked again if they have my ID number. The response is on some we buy leads from credit providers and contact such customers. So be aware that such unprofessional organisations with no direction will only pull you back. I am definitely following this up because my details are worth something and I might as well also benefit from them buying details.
