Still having the same internet issues for the last 3 years. I have phoned customer care just now again. I talked to so called manager named LARATO from customer care team . Very rude and was unwilling to assist. Just stating AGAIN that it will be send to the back office. Not willing to assist to speed up this matter. Very very unprofessional service delivery
I just made a call to vodacom custom care line. Stating that I am recording the call for my security. And I request to speak to a manager. The person (not going to state his name here) refused to help me because I am recoding the call. But vodacom is recording my call. Internet is off again and I needed assistance
Yet again. Dissatisfied with the services provided. Contact via WhatsApp and the agent didn't help. Delivery is late and I don't get awnsers when I will receive it.

I've cancelled their services a while back as I would have paid them more than to just pay directly. But is still waiting for documentations for months now. Asked on the WhatsApp chat line and they just don't respond. I would not recommend doing business with the company.

Vodacom 4g internet just goes down. I have 4 from 5 bars of signal when I log into my router. But no internet. When I manually change to 3g I get 3g internet speed. This problem has been going on for 2+ years. On a weekly basis. I've mail CEO's office and still no resolution has been coming up. I've included ICASA and still no resolution. If I call the customer care line it takes 30 minutes to hear they will escalate it to the network team. Hellopeter response from Vodacom is just as useless as the person phone me once to acknowledge the that I have logged it and then nothing afterwards. **** communication from the leading communications company in RSA. Vodacom is *****ing from me. If I pay for a service I would like to receive the service.
I won't recommend to try to sell a vehicle to this company
Have been having a problem for 2+ years where 4g goes down. Vodacom everytime makes an excuse to the problem but it returns constantly. Have lodge a complaint with ICASA and still vodacom does not fix the problem. Have send mails to the CEO's office and still the problem persists. Useless......
