I receive call, this person knows my name and continues to say they see my interest rate is over 60%, first red flag. I am asked to confirm my ID in order for my profile to be opened. Second red flag. I asked where my details were gethered from and I asked again if they have my ID number. The response is on some we buy leads from credit providers and contact such customers. So be aware that such unprofessional organisations with no direction will only pull you back. I am definitely following this up because my details are worth something and I might as well also benefit from them buying details.
Great customer service.great communication skills.patience well exercised.brilliant attitude. Those are some of the attributes Elcino Davids has. I seldomly enjoy such conversations but he just made it all effortless, as if I knew him. What a gentleman
Houss Rental though they boast beautiful units and facilities, they have the most arrogant employees who are not customer centric. Houss Rental due to their employees, especially the finance team are a waste of money. If you ask me, avoid renting from them, I know this because I rented there for 2 and a half years and what a terrible experience. Some of the other things to note is that when you have a complaint against them they literally never resolve it they simply ignore you. In summary, Houss Rental is beautiful outside but rotten customer service.
This review involves my wife and i. On 2 seperate occasions we seaked medical assistance at Fourways Life Healthcare - 26 August 2021 & 12 December 2021. 1. The service and patient care there is wack. One gets assistance only when they shout out for help. 2. The staff at the casualty do not provide one with sufficient information, this includes the doctors on call. With my experience when i had to go remove my stitches, i asked the casualty and doctors why they calimes using incorrect codes instead of emergency. I was told thats how they claim, and i asked what constitutes an emergency,of which my injury was an emergency,i received no answer just assurance that they will ammend and resend claim to my medical aid. Post that j asked if i am liable for any bill,i was advised no, but now my account has been handed iver to a collection company. When i query the bill, i am told the hospital and doctors charge seperately,something which was not mentioned to me when i seaked medical assistance,of which in the night i paid additional monies ti the doctor. With my wife,she seaked assistance on the 12th of December of which she only recwived the invoices today,inclusive of threatening emails,where as this is the first time she is contacted by this health “care” group.
I have settled my loan. and i cannot understand what it is that is delaying the refund of that over payment. when i contact them, i am advised that the refund will done in 3 workings, those days went by, and i called again, and i am told it actually is 3 to 5 working day. that too went by, and i told now it is up to 7 working days, of which today is the 7th day, and i am still waiting. if i was delaying in repayments i would be black listed immediately.
the promise of paying you R500 if they cant beat your current insurer is a scam. even after you precisely give them relevant information. their consultants are rude and think as a consumer i do not know anything about terms and conditions.
Nothing is as wonderful as having to call I tk a contact center, and agent(Jonathan Dyson & Luthando Sishuba) promptly attend and resolve my issue. They deserve to be congratulated these guys, and please keep it up.
ABSA is useless, so useless i cant believe i was a=ever a client. when i was defaulting on my car payments they were quick to run to the courts to get an order for repossession. now that i have payed the car in full, mind you months before the contract terminates, they are either not available to pick the phone, and when you do get through you are told Asset Finance cannot assist as the matter is with a separate department, which one cannot contact as phones are not answered by their useless recoveries department. what is worse is their complaints department, the ladies are kind enough to assist but they will tell you they have to speak to that department, i mean i logged this complaint a week ago and nothing is said. It is so sad how these banks treat people who do not have the means to challenge them in courts. All i want is my vehicle registration documents nothing more.

When they want something from you, they are quick to send you an sms with legal threats forgetting that we too have legal protection.</p>
<p>This company is ripping people off.</p> <p>they harrass one with smses stating they want you to make immediate arrangement to avoid legal action</p> <p>the last time i made a payment was November 2016, in December my bank account was debited on a date that we did not agree upon hence i canceled the debit order and future payments.</p> <p>but that is not even close to it how much they are ripping south africans trying to resolve they debt issues. as far as i can remember i started making payments in October 2015, my balance was 18052(estimate) i made 3 consecutive payments in the following 3 months which totalled 1200, which when i calculate should put the balance at 16652(excluding interests) but no 3 months later instead of having a balance that is realistic, it had gone up to 18700(estimate).</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
