NO COMPETENT STAFF.WHATSAPP DOES NOT WORK REAL LIVE STAFF MEMBER WHO IS MEANT TO HELP YOU ON WHATSAPP DOES NOT RESPOND. THEY DONT REPLY TO EMAILS.ABSOULUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE.OH AND WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO ASK THEM YO VALL ME BACK THEIR WEBSITE DOESNT PERFORM THE SUBMIT COMMAND.ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

Liberty declined legitimate claim on their Absolute Protector policy.
Liberty Absolute Protector claim declined; waiting over 6 months for a final answer. Compared to the Discovery claim. On exactly the same medical trauma on the same person's life, Discovery made a payment, finalized the claim in one month, and a lump sum was paid into my account. I will never recommend the Liberty Absolute Protector product to the public.

Provident fund
I worked 2 years full at a primary school called George Randell Primary School. Provident fund was deducting R1000 per month. I resigned in December 2025 and i only Recived R12000 on the 25 February 2026 as my statement in September was R17000 so how does your own salary gets deducted every month but in return you little of your own money that you work for. So unfair and selfish.

Provident fund

Debt relief
I've been for the past 3 years and for some reason they didn't liaise for a reduced amount with my creditor's is this correct. This is what their reception is saying. So I don't understand how this debt review works
