Cartrack let its customer service harrass you at your work place but when you asked for their names they put the phone off in your face.
After 2 years of paying my cartrack account and cancelling i receive phone calls from different people I request numerous times they must send my bill to my email because i want to send them my proof Im still waiting on them for my bill but they are harassing me at work. I added the on whatsap requesting my bill with no delivery.
I have won 16000 and they said I must upgrade which I did I withdraw the money they said an hour the money will reflect it's been 2 hours and the agent is quiet. Please don't pay money
710227748*** according to their website this is not my waybill number i called 2 days to be transferred to customer service who never picks up the phone. They let you hang their for 30min with no response. Im working in logistics and this is the worst courier company i ever worked with
I have sent 4 emails regarding cancelation of my insurance. Upto now i did not receive any confirmation email.
I've been for the past 3 years and for some reason they didn't liaise for a reduced amount with my creditor's is this correct. This is what their reception is saying. So I don't understand how this debt review works
I have canceled my contract with an email 2 years ago now car track is billing me for months the months i have canceled - and now they deducting a monthly payment. don't do business with them
My name is Rene and I was so confused about everything but yohhh they called me and explained everything and I'm typically blond when it come to technology but they put me at ease helping me. I have started my rain account in 2021. now a week ago Jan 2024 my house was set alight by intruders. Being a faithful customer I told them that everything was burnt including rain router. Now I'm liable for the damages of R4000 which I even didn't know is the cost. I was just told to read section 17.33. So my fellow rain users make sure you have insurance although its their property. They say they can amend at anytime and it is effective immediately Iv learned my lesson. my phone call didn't even lasted for 5 min im pretty sure all that rules and regulations weren't highlighted. So now i have a debt which wasnt my fault but have to pay for it.
The food is excellent. The atmosphere is always nice and warm. Service is great
