Unhappy customer

I just found out that the first installment is for them to prepare papers while they put me in arrears. When I phone NCR say they were supposed to tell me it takes 3 months before they can make payment to creditors. I wouldn't suggest anyone to do this you back to square one. Debt review companies not all can assist you.
