I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the parking payment system at your mall during our visit this past weekend.
All the parking payment machines appeared to be out of order, causing immense inconvenience. Patrons were left standing in long queues, attempting one machine after another, only to find that they were either non-functional or only accepted cash. My companions and I waited in the heat for over half an hour, only to realize, after multiple attempts, that the situation was the same across all machines.
What was particularly upsetting was the complete lack of communication and support. None of the machines had signs indicating they were "Out of Order" or "Cash Only," and there were no security personnel or staff available to assist or provide guidance. This situation reflects poorly on the mall’s management and its commitment to ensuring a smooth experience for visitors.
This level of inconvenience is unacceptable. As paying customers, we should not have to endure such disorganization and lack of consideration. I strongly urge the mall to take the following immediate steps to prevent this from happening again:
Provide Clear Signage: Ensure all non-functional machines are promptly marked as "Out of Order" or indicate any limitations (e.g., "Cash Only"). Staff Assistance: Station trained personnel near the parking machines during peak hours or in times of technical issues to assist patrons. Offer Compensation: When machines are out of order, consider waiving parking fees as a gesture of goodwill to affected patrons. Improve Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain parking payment machines to prevent such widespread failures.
