Phone battery dies quickly and it overheats. Spoke to the owner in April and months before to the sales people and I was promised a replacement with their demos post-lockdown--- now that lockdown doesn't seem to be getting to a 'post' I contacted them again and to this day I'm still waiting.

Beware in dealing with Jazet Trading CC T/A Libra Motors. We recently wanted to purchase a vehicle from them, a Mr.Jacques Oosthuizen assisted us. After transferring R50000 deposit to their account the car had many problems on delivery. On requesting a refund back the dealer only refunded R 40780.00. Leaving us out of pocket of over R9120. This is in direct contravention of the Consumer Protection Act. Now it is costing us a lot more money and they did not even provide an invoice for the amount they held back. Now Libra Motors are claiming that they fixed the stuff for us, but it is their asset! Many components were broken (vents etc.) on the car including but not limited to cables on the electrical system was cut and hanging out in the back, the immobilizer did not work, the car locking system did not work (the vehicle could not lock at all), the spare tyre had no tread on it, and while test driving the vehicle there seemed to be a suspension error problem as well as the traction control was not functioning, the brakes were also not working efficiently. Mercedes Vito that they are still advertising! Such a bad experience! We will not be letting this go!

I traded in my excellent good condition Mecerdeces benz C180 car for a smaller one because i was trying to save costs as im a single mother. But only in 2 days the Citroen i got from them was giving me ****, engine light on, AC blowing hot air only, low water level and the oil cab was not tight properly. I had to refill the gas as it was too hot for me in the car. And when i called Freek the sales manager on Friday morning 2 days after i got the car he told me to come on Monday. All this should have been 100% checked before i picked up the . And i feel he was being rude. Going there tomorrow morning to pick up my car and giving this scrab back.

Libra Motors tried to sell me an unroadworthy vehicle that could not pass the bank's Dekkra requirements from 18th January 2016 to 13th February 2016. They tried to scam me into taking a vehicle they knew they could not fix, a Ssang Yong Kyron 2006, and are still advertising this car as being in an excellent condition as they had also told me, till they totally failed to fix the car and deliver it to me. The car would not even start when the bank eventually cancelled the sale due to the amounting faults on the car. I had the patience initially to wait while they said they would fix the faults which they were telling me were minor and during this period they committed to pay for a rental car which I had to use .They are now refusing to pay for this rental car and are lying that the car wouldn't start for days because it had no petrol!.
In my opinion they are selling faulty cars and hoping the buyer does not notice before they take the vehicle. In my case they failed to even deliver the car because of the faults on it but still hoped I would take it hence they made me rent a car for weeks and now they refuse to pay for that rental. I am disgusted by their dishonest misleading conduct

I bought a BMW X3 from Libra motors. The vehicle was advertised as been resprayed. The sales person(Freek) sold the vehicle to me saying that you will only see where it has been resprayed if you have a \trained eye". I was assured the interior is like new and it is mechanically 100%.
I paid for the vehicle to be delivered to Cape Town.I collected it at the depo.It was obvious to any person that this was a serious accident vehicle. The windscreen was scew"

On the 16th of March I took Libra motors to Hello Peter with regards to the vehicle they sold to me, after a month of fighting they finally gave back my vehicle, but refuses to pay back the R10 000 that I paid extra on the vehicle they gave, I have also asked for the original Car papers back and they refusing to give it and stated that they will only give back my cars papers when I remove them from Hello Peter

why must I remove them when I am still not happy and still being abused by them, all I want is to cancel the contract fairly which includes them giving back my R10 000 and giving back my Cars papers

On the 3rd of March I had an exchange at Libra motors, I initially had a Golf 5 manual and wanted an automatic, Libra motors exchanged my golf 5 for their automatic BMW with an additional R10 000 that I had to pay for the BMW, I have had problems ever since, the dealership at a point had to give me their Nissan to drive while they fix the problem, I had the Nissan for 3 days, I then got the BMW back and still had the same problems, I went as far as buying a new battery thinking that would help but still did not, Libra motors then referred me to car care, on Monday the 16th of march, the mechanic at car care advised that there is a bearing knock and a cam belt that needs to be fixed besides all other small problems and that would cost me roughly R30 000 to fix, the same day I took the BMW back to Libra motors and advised them that I need my old car back (golf 5) with the R10 000 I had paid or the value of my golf 5 with my R10 000, they later responded advising that they cannot refund me or give back my golf 5 but can fix the BMW to an extend only,

I do not want anything further to do with Libra motors or the BMW and want to cancel the contract and get back my vehicle and money
