Licence hall: apartment for bugs.... and people. Fumigate the darn building!

Licence hall lofts where you're not gonna be lonely as you will have bugs to keep u company The place is full of bed bugs and when you complain to the caretaker they tell u you're basically on ur own! AND you pay your rent in full mind you. They charge and penalise the whole floor for a single room's mistake! It's also full of ****roaches. It's a nice dump!

To help other clients, the licence hall lofts is an apartment building situated in Johannesburg, 6 plain street. Also the rent increases when you move in. You will not pay the promised rent they advertise. When you complain about the bed bugs, where clearly people are moving out because of, they will claim they dont allow people to move in with used furniture. What a lie. Also the geyser water becomes cold during cold days, what's up with that. The lifts are scary to use as you must hold ur breath and cross your fingers that they dont get stuck. I hope I have helped those who are thinking of moving in as no one will warn you of this. You only when ur already moved in.
