No feedback after wrong address was used for delivery
An address change was requested, and after payment has been made, I got notified that the licence was going to be delivered to an old address in Pretoria. We have been living in CPT for 4 years now. They said they were going to change the address with the courier, but the courier ended up delivering it to the old address. Not sure if the licence was received by someone or not. I followed up with them, requesting a refund, as I ended up having to sort it out myself here in CPT due to my licence being expired already, and I couldn't wait any longer. Still no feedback.

Licence ZA Non Delivery and Bad Service
Took my money on 01/12/2025 for my car licence. Still waiting for delivery 13/12/2025. On making contact was told the problem would be looked into. Too date not even a follow up from them.

Licence disc
Been with them for a couple of years. I get notified each year a month before my licence disc's expire. They send through a quote with all your preloaded information. Payment, process and everything is seamless. I've 2x vehicles loaded and I'm extremely satisfied with their service.

Licence ZA - Amazing Service.
I am more than impressed with Licence ZA. I app****, on line, for my Car Tax Renewal on the 19/6 and have just received my new Tax Disc today, 22/6 Very reasonable rate. I can’t thank them enough.
