No feedback after wrong address was used for delivery
An address change was requested, and after payment has been made, I got notified that the licence was going to be delivered to an old address in Pretoria. We have been living in CPT for 4 years now. They said they were going to change the address with the courier, but the courier ended up delivering it to the old address. Not sure if the licence was received by someone or not. I followed up with them, requesting a refund, as I ended up having to sort it out myself here in CPT due to my licence being expired already, and I couldn't wait any longer. Still no feedback.

DO NOT TRUST MIROVA
Mirova does not sell legitimate products as shown on their website. The products arrive with ****ian branding, which is available on online stores like Temu. Customers are ********** by paying R400+ for a product that costs R45 on Temu. Mirova is a **** brand, selling a product that does not live up to the promised quality at all, and is not at all as advertised on their website and social media.

DO NOT TRUST MIROVA - Misleading Branding and Poor Quality
Disappointed with Misleading Branding and Poor Quality. I ordered products expecting them to be from Mirova, but what I received was something entirely different. The items arrived branded as "****ian", which was never mentioned during the purchase. This immediately raised red flags about authenticity. The product quality was also far below expectations — it felt cheap and not at all representative of what was advertised. It honestly feels like I was misled into buying something under false pretenses. Mirova imports their products from China (probably ordered from Temu at R45 per product). What I received felt phony and not worth the price. Very disappointed and would not order again.

Pathetic service
Pathetic customer service. Can’t get hold of anyone in order to change my booking. Phoned 2 times today and stayed on the line for over 40 minutes each time with no answer.
