False advertising
Ordered a Mirova Automatic Toothbrush, i didnt receive the item advertised, instead i got a Temu item... what a joke. Save your money. Ive tried contacting them for a refund. needless to say, i received no reply.

False advertising
Ordered a Mirova Automatic Toothbrush, i didnt receive the item advertised, instead i got a Temu item... what a joke. Save your money. Ive tried contacting them for a refund. needless to say, i received no reply.

I received my order but order it is not complete as only one product wad in the package. I ordered 2 items , #3 and #6 and only #3 in the package I called them 7 times, the number was either busy or went to voice mail. I sent an email to their customer support and received an automated response asking me to reach them through WhatsApp as that is they “official platform “ I reached out on WhatsApp at 11am today and not a single response, I even followed up - it’s complete silence. DO NOT TRUST MIROVA
Mirova does not sell legitimate products as shown on their website. The products arrive with ****ian branding, which is available on online stores like Temu. Customers are ********** by paying R400+ for a product that costs R45 on Temu. Mirova is a **** brand, selling a product that does not live up to the promised quality at all, and is not at all as advertised on their website and social media.

DO NOT TRUST MIROVA - Misleading Branding and Poor Quality
Disappointed with Misleading Branding and Poor Quality. I ordered products expecting them to be from Mirova, but what I received was something entirely different. The items arrived branded as "****ian", which was never mentioned during the purchase. This immediately raised red flags about authenticity. The product quality was also far below expectations — it felt cheap and not at all representative of what was advertised. It honestly feels like I was misled into buying something under false pretenses. Mirova imports their products from China (probably ordered from Temu at R45 per product). What I received felt phony and not worth the price. Very disappointed and would not order again.
