Waterfall Licensing Department

I went to replace my drivers license at Waterfall licensing department on Saturday. It was clean, efficient and fast and they were polite. This must be the best government dept in South Africa.

There is no comparison to the Marlboro licensing department where i went before. It was slow, dirty, inefficient and they were very rude.
