Liefde by die dam x Naked

I've been going to every Liefde by die Dam JHB since 2016. My birthday is the 1st of August and LBDD usually falls around there (first Sunday of August). This year I have bought tickets for myself, my sister, my best friend and her husband. A few of my other friends could not buy tickets fast enough so when the oppertunity arose to win tickets (Liefde by die dam x Naked) we didn't hesitate to enter the competition. By some luck my sister's name was posted on their story as one of the winners. She then messages LBDD (official page) via instagram to confirm if it was her that won, and they CONFIRMED. It's been a month trying to contact them to get the tickets, they read the messages, but don't respond. LBDD is the 3rd of August... we are put in a difficult position where we have promised friends tickets (transport has been arranged and everything). Very dissapointed about this.
