I have bought and payed for a license for Windows. After the key was not working i send a mail asking help on this, and took numerous days.Then eventually I received a mail with a new key. Still not working, so I have been sending Liezel numerous mails including my cellphone number to get the issue resolved and still no feedback. This has been ongoing for over a month now and now feedback. It is probably useless to complain here as I see other complains where people were scammed and taken for a ride.
