Stop being idiots.
LVI law, are you a real company? If you are, you know it is illegal to threaten people with black listenings, maybe a few years ago it was legal, now it is not. Furthermore, not responding to emails will count against you in court, you can not ignore emails requesting further information about your horrible sms notifications. Stop being idiots , grow up and respond to your emails, so situations like this may be settled in a professional manner.

This happened on the same day our offices opened and when your query came under our attention.

You are no different to any other debt company that has been mentioned on hellopeter.
There is a difference between notifying someone and threatening them.
If your offices were closed, a response or reply email should be sent.
Keep in mind ,just because tou send someone an sms, stating that they have an outstanding account, it does not warrant a reply, as it maybe a scam, there are plent of those going around, furthermore, just because you say the amount is RX , you still need to provide proof of this, with an original account from your client, sending an sms or email with a bunch of figures on it, does not count.
But you know this, so you hide behind your threats, scare tactics.

Thank you for your response.
We confirm that our contact details and e-mail addresses are on every sms or e-mail that is sent to debtors. A consumer is therefore in the position to call our offices and can also confirm our company does exist with the Legal Practice Council. Furthermore, our client can also be contacted to confirm that we are acting on their behalf.
We once again confirm that our offices close once a year and that an automated response was generated on all our e-mails to confirm the same.
Please note that legislation prevents us from being in possession of the original account, as we are according to law prohibited to be in possession of medical information and tests done on our clients' patients. This is confidential information and protects the privacy of the patient. The original account can however be obtained at any stage directly from our client, who do inform debtors of an account before it is handed over. The onus therefore rests on the consumer to ensure payment before the account is handed over and thereby avoiding that the account is handed over, which will result in legal costs-& fees from the date that such an account is handed over, until the date of final payment. We are entitled to such legal fees, as determined by the law of the Magistrate Court.
We put on record that the law determines that our offices must inform debtors of the next step that will be taken against them if they neglect to make the requested payment, which is exactly what is stipulated in the correspondence that we send to debtors.
Our automated sms' do stipulate a current balance which can be confirmed at any point of time with our offices and we can provide a statement of account which will clearly reflect how the balance has been calculated.
We trust that the mentioned facts will be sufficient to resolve any further concerns that you may have with regards to this account,
