Tries to blackball ex employees by lying, I had prospective new Employers call for a referral of working dates, they were told , and I quote, " He never worked here"

I have been with OS for many years, never had a vehicle claim till last month. They were happy to pay me out, around R8k after I submitted my photos of the damage. Their attitude changed suddenly when I requested that the vehicle be inspected by an authorized repair center chosen by them. The repair center quoted around R34k. With OME parts Since then the process has gone from bad to worse, 4 different employees have been assigned to my claim since. I made it very clear that I do not want to take my vehicle to a repair center as no vehicle, means no income for me, so I want a direct payout so I may use a PVT repair center who will be willing to work over a weekend and can do it in stages. This request was agreed upon in the beginning, however ignored throughout the on going process, having 2 repair centers call me saying OS has authorized them to repair my vehicle. Then a new issue arises, now they are not happy with the quote as it is OME parts and I need to find alternatives parts. It is not my responsibility to source parts and prices. I can not put into words how horrible the experience has been, especially for me being a small business owner. It just proves they literally do not GAS.

Sales manager Wayne, Still, even after my last review, has not apologized, Salesman Tiaan, Also, no apology, Meaning, its ok to disrespect someone and not have to worry as there will be no consequences, what happened to, work ethic, pride, standards and plain simple respect? It has all been lost with this company..
Thought I would give them a 2nd chance, as the 1st time was a disaster, nothing has changed, Salesman Tiaan, What happened to the days where one took total pride and Professionalism in his work and did not dare loose a client as there was fear of loosing ones job. Not only has he no pride, but he messes up my entire deal , more than once, to a point where the CEO had to help him sort it out. To make matters even worse , he had the audacity to contact me in a personal capacity and interrogate, Professionalism is obviously not in his books. Sales Manager, Wayne, Arrogant and Not much respect from him, as if I owed him something, to which I don't, to a point where he was ignoring my requests and expected me to, "jump through a hoop" as to put him first above my own clients. Didn't even have the decency to reply to my last message. CEO, Marc, Eventually I refused to talk to anyone but him, he has Pride and is Professional. All though Marc did what he could, the Bad out weighed the Good and I am not at all satisfied, as at the end of it all, I could not get the Vehicle I wanted even though it was approved.
Salesman Tiaan, First he financed the wrong vehicle, Then he couldn't find the correct vehicle, Then he gave me the incorrect calculations, Their FNI person tried to over charge me by about R1000.00 a month. Every time he had to run to his sales manager to sort out his issues, What happened to the days where a person took pride in what he did and stood up and sorted out his own mistakes, now days they get paid regardless of how many clients they upset or mess around.. To make it even worse , they allowed 3 different client to make an offer on the same vehicle, Meaning that 2 clients will be disappointed. This is the 2nd time i have tried to purchase i vehicle from them, it is the 2nd time i have had to give a 1 star review.. As per all of their other bad reviews, the only reply this will get, is : Exactly the same, a copy and paste... The last 4 times , I have recieved nothing but disgusting service from the online order staff. I complained about it about a month ago, the owner replied saying he would contact me, I'm still waiting.. This goes to show that it is not the fault of the staff that their service is disgusting, they simply follow the example of the owner who just does not give a **** as he needs not more clients..
LVI law, are you a real company? If you are, you know it is illegal to threaten people with black listenings, maybe a few years ago it was legal, now it is not. Furthermore, not responding to emails will count against you in court, you can not ignore emails requesting further information about your horrible sms notifications. Stop being idiots , grow up and respond to your emails, so situations like this may be settled in a professional manner.
