I am so grateful to Life Grand Cafe - Mall of the South for allowing my daughter to wait for my husband in their restaurant without a charge when she was panicking and needed a safe place to wait for her father after meeting up with her friends. May God continue to bless your business.

I have visited the place for two times, I love the atmosphere, but mostly their great staff! The food is 100/10 & affordable too. I love the lighting inside & the aesthetics because I’m a person who loves taking content. I will definitely make a turn again there! Everything is perfect about the place.

I made reservations for my daughter's birthday for last Sunday the 26th of February. I was told to reserve the space prior to the date which was R2200 which I was told I will be refunded once the event was over. When everything was over I had to pay the bill of R6300 and before paying that I reminded the waiter of my refund and he just wrote an email address on the peace of paper and told me to claim for my refund there. Yesterday morning being 27th of February, I sent the email, there was no response. I called in the afternoon and was told I was supposed to take the refund from the bill and I explained ,the waiter said to email for my refund. The person I spoke to said someone will call me back regarding the query but no one did. I sent another email today the 28th, no response , I called and was told the money is the account and they don't have control over the situation ,I just have to wait until the restaurant make that money and they will send it to me. It is very disappointing that such a big restaurant will give such excuses.
