Lifepower/Credit clear are refusing to refund my money for service they never rendered to me.

Ripped off by life power they promised to assist me within 10 days, after 3months of being sent from pillar to post I canceled their service(they never rendered any service to me, they only gave me false promises) noy they are refusing to refund my R1998. 00 which I paid them for no service.
