I have been paying this company money for almost a year but I am not getting any help, right now I contacted them and spoke to a lady by the name of Nokuthula Mokoena, she advised that she can not help me because she is going on lunch after that she left me hanging on the phone, until I disconnected when I saw that no one is on the line.
This is a bad company to deal with, very bad but they the first ones to debit. I don't know or it is because we are desperate for their help that's why they take advantage.
I was told that Lebo is handling my file before lock down but Lebo has never phone me because m just a number to them.
Please advise me how do I terminate my services with you?
