Poor customer service

Poor service, i visited one of their studios in wilropark, they did not have a scan printer in their facility, they gave me an inaccurate baby weight, i had to beg them for my scans to be sent via email in which they only did that after a week of begging. By far the worst experience and would not recommend to anyone.
