Absolute most diagusting service and people
If I could give ZERO stars... I most definitly would Worst experience I have had in my life Went in for a scan at 6 weeks pregnant, lady barely wanted to help us even though I booked an appointment in advance. She didnt know what she was doing and had to keep sending photos from her phone to someonw else to check what is going on... then just told me I had a blighted ovum and therefore not pregnant and that I should have it removed... I was in an absolute state thinking I will have to go through all this pain... I then decided to wait another 6 weeks on advi*****t of my GP before I do another scan and decide from there... I had gone to a different place to do a scan and got the wonderful news that I have a healthy little baby and no such thing as a blighted ovum... I will never forgive these people especially that lady for putting me through the worst imaginable heartbreak i can think of... they not only ***** your money... they also ***** your happiness you should be feeling... DISGUSTING service

Amazing service
I went for my ultrasound scan on the 16th of June 2023 and boy I tell you the service was out of this would, I totally forgot the name of the lady that was there but she was very amazing, patient, caring.. You definitely not waste your money when you go there u will definitely get the best service ever.. Thank you.

Amazing service

Poor customer service
Poor service, i visited one of their studios in wilropark, they did not have a scan printer in their facility, they gave me an inaccurate baby weight, i had to beg them for my scans to be sent via email in which they only did that after a week of begging. By far the worst experience and would not recommend to anyone.

Poor customer service
Poor service, i visited one of their studios in wilropark, they did not have a scan printer in their facility, they gave me an inaccurate baby weight, i had to beg them for my scans to be sent via email in which they only did that after a week of begging. By far the worst experience and would not recommend to anyone.

Life Studio - inaccurate baby weight by 8kg
My daughter had a 41 week scan at Life Scan Studios in Olivedale. During the scan she was informed that baby is weighing 4.2kg and needed to go to the hospital the next day as baby was too big for natural birth. my daughter has had all her scans done at Life studios as the machine at Reema Moosa do not work well at all and therefore are not accurate. The hospital suggested we get the scans done elsewhere i.e Life studios. Once we received the report confirming babies weight we took it through to Reema Moosa hospital and my daughter was put on the emergency Caesar list. Baby was born 2 days later weighing 3.4kg. I want to know how can a company offer this service when they either have unqualified personnel or outdated machines. A 2kg difference is acceptable but not 8kg. My daughter could have had normal birth if the weight reading was accurate. This was a very stressful situation for all of us. Life Studio can not make errors like this , you either need to upgrade your machines or employee qualified trained staff or do not give the baby's weight. To this day I still have not received a response to my email informing them of the BIG error they made.
