I have a broker that's assists me with all my insurance needs. My risk has been with this company since 2022 and I've not missed a single payment since then. I've been keeping my and of the bargain in hopes that when the need arises they would keep thiers, to my disappointment they have not. I submitted a claim for my vehicle where I was involved in an accident and I received my claim number from my broker on the 26th of March 2025 (ST***51/3/LY74NBGP). I've been following up with the broker every week on asking for an update on my claim, everytime they advise they waiting for this company to sign off on the claim. We are now at 25 working days and you guys have not signed off on the claim. May I please get a TAT on when this will be resolved, as while you and my broker are having a back and forth about this claim I am footing the bill for a vehicle I have not had in my possession for 43 days on my policy with you. I will be moving all my policies away from this company as what if I had no alternative transport while you and my broker are having a debate about my claim. You guys are quick to collect my money, always on time with without delay however you arw gailimg to honour your side of the contract. Im extremely disappointed in hownyou opperate. I had ordered and paid for my order on the 11th of May 2022. CCD is the companies delivery service provider. CCD called and confirmed delivery for the 24th of May 2022. I found this to be unacceptable. I called and asked if this can be delivered sooner as i had paid for my product. Sihle Zwane called late on a Friday afternoon and said he will look into it and contact me regarding getting an earlier slot. The following Monday morning he called and arranged for delivery that week. Thank you for calling me back and assisting with my query, such customer service is hard to come by these days.
