Absolute most diagusting service and people
If I could give ZERO stars... I most definitly would Worst experience I have had in my life Went in for a scan at 6 weeks pregnant, lady barely wanted to help us even though I booked an appointment in advance. She didnt know what she was doing and had to keep sending photos from her phone to someonw else to check what is going on... then just told me I had a blighted ovum and therefore not pregnant and that I should have it removed... I was in an absolute state thinking I will have to go through all this pain... I then decided to wait another 6 weeks on advi*****t of my GP before I do another scan and decide from there... I had gone to a different place to do a scan and got the wonderful news that I have a healthy little baby and no such thing as a blighted ovum... I will never forgive these people especially that lady for putting me through the worst imaginable heartbreak i can think of... they not only ***** your money... they also ***** your happiness you should be feeling... DISGUSTING service

Rude Pharmacist Monique and terrible management
At wilropark pharmacy there is a pharmacist by the name Monique Cronje, she is the absolute most rude and arrogant person I've ever had to deal with. About 5 weeks ago I ordered an epipen for my son after being diagnosed to being highly allergic to bee stings... They said it would take about 12 hours to get it in stock... I had to wait for 4 days because she never even put the order in... When I finally got it she gave us filthy looks as another pharmacist helped us. I called them again about 5 days ago because I had to order a new epipen and when I Called today to ask what is going on why I haven't gotten any feed back she was so rude saying it's not her job to contact me to let me know what is going on... She is to busy to be calling customers. She said I must go somewhere else to find it... When I was still talking to her saying she's being very rude she said I don't care and hung up the phone... Avoid this pharmacy at all costs... They are absolutely terrible in customer care... If this Monique person wants to be a pharmacist then she needs to learn how to deal with clients... Because she should actually not be seeing clients at all Terrible terrible experience with them
