It has taken me over a month and three lengthy phone calls just to reactivate my online and mobile app access—an unacceptable experience for a loyal customer. Despite my efforts, I’ve still been unable to register for the new rewards app on my mobile device. The apps are not linking correctly, and I’ve missed out on vouchers I would have otherwise used. To make matters worse, I was advised by a Woolworths agent to delete my profile and create a new one to resolve the issue. At no point was I informed that this would erase my entire history. This lack of transparency and poor guidance has left me extremely disappointed. Rolling out a new rewards system without thoroughly testing the app internally shows a disregard for customer experience. I expect better from a brand I’ve supported for decades. Please advise how you intend to resolve this and restore my rewards history.
**** ALERT! I recently received my order from Vanitise SA (www.vanitise.co.za), but the products (Phen Q Ultra and Kandy CBD) are COUNTERFEIT. The items delivered don't match the website's description - a clear case of bait-and-switch. My daughter had a 41 week scan at Life Scan Studios in Olivedale. During the scan she was informed that baby is weighing 4.2kg and needed to go to the hospital the next day as baby was too big for natural birth. my daughter has had all her scans done at Life studios as the machine at Reema Moosa do not work well at all and therefore are not accurate. The hospital suggested we get the scans done elsewhere i.e Life studios. Once we received the report confirming babies weight we took it through to Reema Moosa hospital and my daughter was put on the emergency Caesar list. Baby was born 2 days later weighing 3.4kg. I want to know how can a company offer this service when they either have unqualified personnel or outdated machines. A 2kg difference is acceptable but not 8kg. My daughter could have had normal birth if the weight reading was accurate. This was a very stressful situation for all of us. Life Studio can not make errors like this , you either need to upgrade your machines or employee qualified trained staff or do not give the baby's weight. To this day I still have not received a response to my email informing them of the BIG error they made.
We purchased one of your discounted getaways at Dinokeng BIG 5 Game Reserve . We arrived yesterday at the destination. It turned out to be a getaway to Posh Events in the Dinokeng reserve, which was not mentioned in the adverti*****t or on the voucher. As soon as we arrived, we found out that the restaurant and bar were closed because the owner was selling. The employees of Posh Functions asserted that the website clearly states that the restaurant is closed. However, we bought a voucher to Dinokeng , NOT POSH FUNCTIONS, about which you failed to inform us. So why is Hyperli advertising or marketing this establishment? We had to travel outside the reserve to another restaurant to buy food. Our experience at the lodge was very disappointing, and we decided to depart 2 hours later to return home to Johannesburg at 9 pm. It is illegal to advertise falsely.
