I very disappointed with albany hotel, wifi was not working, no towels in my room, tea hotel was dirty, broken wardrobe, dirty couch in our room, what's even worse from yesterday morning my body or itchy and even some rash has started appearing I think the bed had bed bugs, air cmconditioning. Was not working most of the time .. I am never booking with them I am very disappointed I won't recommend anyone to them. The staff front desk was amazing..
On the 28th of September I had went to Grey St/ Victory street.. The message I sent to customer services. I haven't bought pizza in months because I never get a chance to go to town... Yesterday I bought 2 small pizza's and it was my first time trying the flavor I bought to my surprise the dough was burnt underneath.. Well I don't think the dough should be burnt like that my daughter even complained the way she was excited when she saw that pizza box... I have attached the pictures, I would like for someone to be in touch with me maybe it's me and the dough should be burnt.. NB!! On the 29th customer service requested somethings from me, which I did send.. Till today no one has even bothered about my case it's been 19days... My case no.CAS-2102691-S6C1Y7 CRM:000013603895
I bought a router from pep I saw it on line it said upon new Sim card registration I will get 50GB day and 50 GB night, when I bought it only find am not getting it 😳I will get 2GB and 2GB and that's a maybe there's a possibility I may not get it but on the sim card it's written I will. I am very frustrated I did not buy the router from other retailers because of that special 50GB +50 GB I was getting at pep.. I need explanation and I need my data to uploaded on my router because Pep and Vodacom seems like they adverti*****t is a lie for us to buy things from them only to find we won't get what is promised.. I have attached proof.

Am disappointed now cz my daughter doesn't have any bag to carry to school now as this bag has teared.. Can someone please call me as I need to do a refund, my daughter can't carry a bag for one month and this happens.. It was Jet west street Durban
I bought Albany bread this past Sunday the 16th at shoprite Inanda, the bread was advertised to R16.99 when I am checking the slip when I got home I was charged R18.99 and Monday morning I am doing lunch for my daughter the bread is hard on the sides even the bread itself is not fresh yet the date on it is 20th.I couldn't return since my daughter was going to school needed lunch.. I had to cut the sides the way it was hard... I have attached proof, this is really ridiculous, I am very disappointed with both Albany and shoprite.
